The business client (not HighRidge Systems) is the controller of this information and is responsible for ensuring that appropriate consent has been obtained from their customers. If you believe HighRidge Systems is processing your information on behalf of a business that you are a customer of, please contact that business directly to exercise your rights, or contact us and we will route your request appropriately.
2. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from HighRidge Systems, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and service updates.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. DATA RETENTION SCHEDULE

SMS/text message logs and chat transcripts: duration of the active service relationship with the relevant business client, plus 12 months.
Call recordings: up to 90 days from the date of the call.
CRM records and appointment data: duration of the active service relationship with the relevant business client.
